PHOTOS OF THE FAMILY (Marc Nerenberg)
I wrote this song a dozen or so years ago after went to a photo shop, and while waiting for the passport photos I had come to pick up (yes, in those days you had to wait for them) I found myself looking at the photos n the frames hanging on the wall. The photos were only there to make the frames more attractive to people contemplating buying them, but the thought crossed my mind wondering if anybody bought them and hung them as is just to have some pictures on their wall. And thus this sad story of a lonely old man was born.
